Tamil actress in pure white chiffon designer saree teamed with multi colors banaras silk brocade heavy border and attached with small zari border, silver zardhosi and feather work heavy applique all over the saree, three gold lines around the saree, paired with contrast brocade silk designer blouse with short sleeves and round neck pattern as seen at a Tamil movie audio event. I think the border and blouse looks odd.
